Very nice one bedroom plus den & 1.5 baths located in the South Beach building of Seapointe
Village, with easy and convenience access to the pool and beach. This Seapointe Village rental unit
is located right next to the main pool.

The main pool is quite large and has a big beautiful waterfall with a
comforting, relaxing sound, a kiddie pool and 3 jacuzzis!!

This 17 acre resort is gated, with 24 hr. security and is very private. You will feel
like you are in a Caribbean resort. All of the pools (3) have hot tubs and BBQ grills. Also
on the grounds are a gym, dry sauna, steam room, game room, 2 tennis courts, bocce court,
mini basketball court, playground, and a beautiful private beach with snack stands that
provide service to the pools. Call from your cell phone and order lunch to be delivered
to you by the pool. You will feel like royalty.

There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom.
The Den has a single bed and a trundle bed. It is great for
the kids to use as a TV room/bedroom. |

There are three color TV’s with cable in the Master Bedroom, the Den, and the Family
Room. The Kitchen is fully stocked with
everything you need. There is plenty of closet and drawer space for up to five people.
There is a washer/dryer, central air. All linens
and towels are supplied.

A Wawa (convenience store) is a short 10 minute walk away for your morning coffee, bagel
and newspaper and many other items. Also nearby are a Liquor/beer store, a Tavern, a
fine Italian restaurant, a pizza/steak shop, and Miniature Golf. There is also a
clothing/beach novelty store that sells everything you need for the beach.
The outdoor Mall of Cape May is 5 miles from Seapointe Village. You are just minutes
by car from the Victorian splendor that the town of Cape May has to offer. In addition, the exciting
Wildwood Boardwalk and Piers are just minutes away by car. You can also take a trolley
ride for a fee to the boardwalk right from Seapointe Village. Leave your car at Seapointe
when you go to the boardwalk and do not worry about any parking hassles or expenses.
You can park one vehicle in the complex with a parking tag that will be issued. If you
have a second vehicle, it can be parked outside the back gate without a tag. One gate
card will be issued so that you can access the resort with your vehicle by swiping the
card.
All pool facilities are open from May to October. Beach tags must be worn by all within
this vacation resort. There is also a Baby Sitter service on-site available so you can have that
special night out with your honey. You will not soon forget your time at this vacation condo and
at Seapointe Village.
