One of the three Oceanfront buildings in Seapoint Village. In general, the units that have both a view of the OCEAN AND the main pool and the waterfall at the main pool as well as a view of much of Seapointe Village are the even numbered units. The smaller the number, the further back from the beach it is and you will have less view of the pool. Numbers range from x00 to x18, where x represents the floor number. The odd numbered units also have an ocean view and are on the outside of Seapointe Village. |

The best location is one that has an OCEAN View AND a view of the oceanfront pool!! This unit has that!! In addition, from this unit you can see and hear the waterfall in the main pool, as well as one of the many dancing waterfalls around Seapointe Village. Add to that a view of the tennis courts, dancing waterfall, sunset views, as well as being able to see so much of what happens in Seapointe Village.
