Seapointe Village vacation resort is located in
Diamond Beach,
Wildwood Crest, N.J.
Diamond Beach is the pearl of Wildwood. It is located 5 minutes from Victorian Cape May.
It is a 24-hour
guard-gated community which is set on 17 oceanfront acres directly on the privately owned sands
of Diamond Beach. It has a world-class resort amenities program that includes but is not limited to 3 pools,
5 spas, a sauna, 2 tennis courts, exercise rooms, basketball, bocce court, playground, BBQ grills,

There are many different type and locations of units in
this Wildwood Crest resort
with large private balconies for relaxing
with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. There are condominiums with one
to three Bedrooms with Dens or 3 to 4 Bedroom Townhouses to rent. Some are oceanfront
while others have wonderful ocean views and/or pool/waterfall views, etc.

Enjoy the three free-form pools. The main pool is large and incorporates a kiddie pool as
well. There is a large beautiful waterfall that is breathtaking and the sounds of the
waterfall are wonderful to listen to from your balcony if you rent a unit close enough in the
North Beach, South Beach
or Pinnacle buildings. While at the pool, we enjoy sitting in the large gazebo with
a view of the pool and waterfall below as well as panoramic views of the ocean.
There are also 3 jacuzzis located in the same area as the pool.
A short walk away and you can cook on the barbeque grills for lunch or dinner!.
The Center Court pool has sprays, a small slide and the Bubble Pool! The younger childen
really love this pool (even our 12 year old and her friends love it!). There is a large
jacuzzi and barbeque grills located in the pool area so you can cook lunch or dinner and enjoy!

As you stroll through the Seapointe Village resort property you will realize just how special Seapointe Village
is and that there is no other resort like it at the Jersey Shore. You will notice the beautiful
landscaping and the tons of flowers and flowering bushes. You will love seeing the
seagulls bathe in the many rock waterfalls along the way. The path behind the South Beach
building takes you to the flower gardens and little enclaves where you can go to
relax.

Other recreational amenities at this resort which are exclusively available for homeowners and rental
guests include a health and fitness room, 2 tennis courts, bocce ball, basketball, board games,
video game room and Camp Seapointe which has organized activities for the kids. Parents can
have dinner alone while the kids can go to "Pizza and Movie Night".
Wildwoods beaches are among the best beaches at the Jersey Shore with Diamond Beach
being the pearl. This is a private beach which does not get crowded since only home
owners and rental guests of Seapointe Village resort are allowed to use the beach. There are Deli Huts on the beach
that serve sandwiches and refreshments
and you can rent a private double chaise lounge with a canopy, or folding beach chairs,
umbrellas or boogie boards at the Beach Hut.
Seapointe Village resort rests in the beauty and peacefulness of Diamond Beach but only
about a mile away, the action on The Wildwoods' famous boardwalk can be found.
Just 5 minutes away is Victorian Cape May where you can shop, tour the historic homes
and see the lights at Christmas time.
You can relax and not worry because Seapointe Village resort is a guard gated community
with 24 hour security.

History of Wildwood
The history of the resort town of Wildwood located in Southern NJ began when Henry Hudson, in 1609 sailed into Delaware Bay thinking he had found the Northwest Passage. Upon realizing his mistake, he navigated around Cape May and sailed northward along the N.J. coast. The crew observed a wide beautiful beach with a lush green forested background. This land, called the Island of Five Mile Beach, became today's Wildwoods.
The Lenni Lenape Indians cut trails through the woods and the land was used by farmers from the mainland for grazing, before being settled by fishermen who named the area Anglesea. Construction of a railroad and a bridge permitted easier access to the island for further settlement, and Anglesea rapidly grew into the Wildwoods.
Today, the Wildwoods consisting of North Wildwood, Wildwood City, Wildwood Crest and Diamond Beach has been a major resort town known for its expansive beautiful beaches, recreational activities, and famous boardwalk.
