There are many different type and locations of residences in Seapointe Village. Some with
large private balconies for relaxing
with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. There are condominiums with one
to three Bedrooms with Dens or 3 to 4 Bedroom Townhouses to rent. Some are oceanfront
while others have wonderful ocean views and/or pool/waterfall views, etc.
There are a number of Seapointe Village buildings. There are three Oceanfront buildings, the Center Court building, the Gardens, Townhouses and Single Family Homes. The three Oceanfront buildings are: Many of the units in these three oceanfront buildings have great ocean views even if they are not an oceanfront unit. The nicely angled building makes for better views for those units located on the side of all three buildings. Some units in these buildings have a view of the main oceanfront pool and waterfall. They are located on the pool side of the North Beach building. Some of the Pinnacle units (oceanfront) have a pool/waterfall view as well. |

There are other units that would have only a pool view (no waterfall) and they would be near the front
of the South Beach building on the upper floors (it's possible some of the upper floors would have a
waterfall view as well). |

Center Court Building/Pool (Let's go to the Bubble Pool Mom!) There are condominiums surrounding the Center Court pool as well. This building is not oceanfront, but is the home of the "bubble pool" which is loved by the younger children. The pool or pools are really 4-5 connecting pools. |

As you stroll through the Seapointe Village property you will realize just how special Seapointe Village
is and that there is nothing else like it at the Jersey Shore. You will notice the beautiful
landscaping and the tons of flowers and flowering bushes. You will love seeing the
seagulls bathe in the many rock waterfalls along the way. The path behind the South Beach
building takes you to the flower gardens and little enclaves where you can go to
relax. |

The recreational amenities which are exclusively available for homeowners and rental
guests include a health and fitness room, 2 tennis courts, bocce ball, basketball, board games,
small playground, video game room and Camp Seapointe which has organized activities for the kids. Parents can
have dinner alone while the kids can go to "Pizza and Movie Night". |

Wildwoods beaches are among the best beaches at the Jersey Shore with Diamond Beach
being the pearl. This is a private beach which does not get crowded since only home
owners, rental guests of Seapointe Village, and those with season passes are allowed to sit on
the beach. There are Deli Huts on the beach that serve sandwiches and refreshments
and you can rent a private double chaise lounge with a canopy, or folding beach chairs,
umbrellas or boogie boards at the Beach Hut. Seapointe Village rests in the beauty and peacefulness of Diamond Beach but only about a mile away, the action on The Wildwoods' famous boardwalk can be found. Just 5 minutes away is Victorian Cape May where you can shop, tour the historic homes and see the lights at Christmas time. |
